Bored Princess and her Unicorn

once upon a time there were three pretty pretty princesses. but today is a very special day for only one of them.

pretty pretty princess erilyn started school today. early in the morning she woke up, showered, brushed her hair and teeth, ate a nervouse breakfast and kissed her little sister princesses on the cheek at the door to the royal pre-school. today erilyn walked to the stables instead of following them into the school. she found her unicorn, sky, and was ready to go.

altho she had wished to fly, sky reminded her of queen mommy's rules, no flying for princesses traveling alone. she rode quietly, and yet full of excitement. sky didn't mind, she loved her princess very much. if it weren't for princess erilyn sky would still just be a blue horse. but because of their summertime adventures sky is now a unicorn, and a pegasus, altho she didn't wear her wings out often.

when they arrived at the royal academy erilyn remembered where to put sky for the day, in the kindergarten class's pasture, and to walk into the school, all by herself.

well she was prepared to, but she did meet some friends and they walked in together. a little scared, but very hyper, the girls burst into the room giggling.

most of the day was a blur for princess erilyn. she learned where her seat in the class would be, where to hange her bag and coat, and the scheduled play times. she learned her teacher liked helping her with her art, and that her friends liked to play tag.

on first recess they all ran to the pasture to check on their mounts. sky was happy to see erilyn and played with her til the bell rang. her friends had fun with their mounts as well, one a winged tiger and another large wolf, and even a shy giant eagle.

for lunch the girls shared their lunches and made a little mess with their juice. erilyn cleaned it up quickly and helped her friends wash their hands from the mess.

second recess everyone stayed at the playground and played a very large game of castle tag, which ended very poorly for the boys team when the girls were able to exicute a perfect plan to trick them into going the wrong way.

after school, on the ride home, pretty pretty princess erilyn feels a little lonely. she misses her new friends and takes a moment to pick a flower and dream of tomorrow. sky is more than happy to rest with her, and as the sun sets the girl and her unicornfind peace. and boredom.

20/25 hours. enjoy. it's like the longest i think i've spent on a raster image in a loooooong time. i hope y'all like the story too. the pretty pretty princesses are stories i tell the girls when i put them to bed. this is the first time i've gotten a pic of one of them to look right even tho she is not a copy of the real erilyn may. lyn says it's ok if the princess doesn't have curly hair, tho, so hopefully when she has a framed copy of this in her hands at her birthday party she won't complain ^_^
